Engine Focus 1

The F8 Engine was introduced by Mazda in (1989 with the Telstar TX)1996 and is a Petrol 1.8L water cooled engine. It equipped the Mazda Bongo Truck, Mazda Bongo Van but also models of other manufacturers like the Nissan and Mitsubishi.

It is a short stroke type engine and has an electronically controlled fuel injection device called EGI. Even though it originally has 90ps, in 2003 it was powered up to 95ps. The engine stopped being produced in 2011 and was replaced by another engine. The F8 Engine was so strong and reliable, it is still appreciated today by drivers from many different countries.
